The
Gaios Villa is conveniently situated 150 metres
away from Gaios Square and 400 metres from the nearest
beach. Thus it affords access to all the local amenities
and nightlife but at the same time it is in a quite and
peaceful spot.
The
property is 100 square metres
in area and can accomodate 4-7 persons (an extra
bed may be added added in the spacious living room for
the 7th person) and it is available for rent thoughout
the year. It must be noted however that should you wish
to come in late July and/or August you should book well
in advance as the island is flooded with visitors (especially
Italians). In August the population of the island can
jump from 2,500 to 12,000.
The Villa has 3 bedrooms (all air-conditioned),
2 bathrooms and a spacious living room.
You can also relax at the balcony or set a table and chairs
outside the main entrance. A full set of cooking utensils
is provided, crockery & cutlery, as well as bedding
and cleaning (once a week approximately or upon request).
There is also a washing machine.
The villa is surrounded by a garden with lemon,
orange and tangerine trees, roses, geraniums, chamomile,
basil, dill and other plants and herbs that grow in the
Mediterranean.
Parking is available at a distance of 50 metres.
If you decide not to bring your own vehicle car
& bike rental is available in Paxos.

6 August to 22 August: €300 per day (for the whole villa) or
€50 per day per person (applicable for 6 persons).
High
Season*: €240 per day (for the whole villa) or
€40 per day per person (applicable for 6 persons).
Middle Season*: €150 per day (for the whole
villa) or €25 per day per person (applicable for
6 persons).
Low Season*: €90 per day (for the whole villa)
or €15 per day per person (applicable for 6 persons).
The minimum period for booking the villa is one week.
Discounts are available for bookings over two
weeks (applies only to Low Season bookings). Please
enquire for further information.
An advance payment of €300-€1000 (depending
on days of stay) is required in order to book. You can
pay by cheque, wire transfer or Moneybookers (highly recommended as you pay a maximum of 0.50 cents for the transfer).
