significant ones are Giannas, Soulanenas (in Paxos Beach
Hotel), Balou, Agia Marinas, Moggonissi, Kloni Gouli,
Kamini, Kaki Lagkada, Alati, Kipiadi, Marmaria, Levrehio,
Glyfada, Monodentri, Arkoudaki, Orkos, Kanoni, Harami
(sandy beach), Ahai, Avlaki, Galazio.
Make a tour of the island (on speedboats or other
boats you can take from any port or even by hiring one),
to enjoy the beaches as well as the beautiful, natural
morphological formations in the western coasts (Graves,
Trypitos, Ortholithos, Ahai etc.).
Last but not least do not forget to visit the turquoise
sandy beaches of Vrika and Voutoumi
(both have tavernas), either with speedboats from the
ports or with fishing-boats or rowboats. Be aware though
that during high season these two beaches are extremely
crowded with trendy Italians!
