Katerini is
located in Bogdanatika, about 2.5 kms
from Gaios.
The villa is 220 square metres
in area and can accomodate 8-10 persons (2
persons can sleep on the sofa-bed in the living room).
The villa has
4 air-conditioned
bedrooms (2 with double beds
and 2 with single beds),
4 bathrooms and a spacious living room
with firplace, TV, stereo and fully equipped kitchen.
On the outside area there is a pool,
sun-beds, verandas, a balcony, BBQ, parking space.
The church of St. Haralambos sits at one of the highest
points of Paxos near the centre of the island. Villa
Katerini is on one of the hillside terraces below the
church and has views across the neighbouring village of
Bogdanatika and the west coast hillsides of olive groves
and Cypress trees to the island of AntiPaxos. Originally
a grand 17th century house of stone, belonging to a
favoured Paxiot aristocrat during the Venetian
occupation of the Ionian islands, Villa Katerini retains
a traditional and dignified feel of the past but
incorporates modern comforts after its recent renovation.
High stone walls enclose a stone-floored courtyard,
different levels of terraces for both sun and shade,
borders of roses and olive trees and a swimming pool,
providing privacy. Spacious and cool interiors with open-beamed
ceilings lead out to balconies with sea views.
Parking is available.
If you decide not to bring your own vehicle car
& bike rental is available in Paxos.

The minimum period for booking the villa is one week.
Discounts are available for bookings over two
weeks (does not apply
for bookings in July and
August). Please
enquire for further information.
An advance payment of 30%
is required in order to book
and the balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. You can
pay by wire transfer.
