The
Little House is situated up the side of a hill
overlooking Gaios harbour thus giving it a wonderful view
of the sea and the small but very pretty main town below.
It sleeps two to four people.
Gaios square is less than 5 minutes walk from the
little house. There you will find plenty of friendly restaurants,
bars and shops. Boats, cars and motorbikes are also available
for hire.
The nearest beach is about 5 minutes walk from
the Little House. There are many beaches in the island,
most of them covered in white stones, bleached from the
sun.
Alternatively, boat trips run all day to and from the
smaller twin-island Antipaxos, where there are two lovely
sandy beaches.
The little house itself consists of two rooms,
a kitchen-lounge and a bedroom with en-suite
shower. The lounge has two single beds in it
(Bed sheets changing and cleaning every five days), and
the kitchen contains all the necessary equipment. There
is also air-condition and a Roland RP 101 digital piano.
Outside there is a patio with a table and chairs, and
an ancient olive tree.
